Return & Refund Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your flower subscription from Stony Brook Blooms. If for any reason you are not happy with your delivery, or if there are any issues with the quality of the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll work with you to address the issue to the best of our ability. However, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the variability in variety availability we are unable to to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Each bouquet is carefully grown and harvested from our farm and prepared specifically for your order. Because flowers are a natural product and availability depends on what is blooming at the time, slight variations in color and varieties may occur. We always strive to provide beautiful, high-quality arrangements and appreciate your understanding and support of our small farm.
